Maingate Welcomes New Executive Director
Dear Members and Friends,
I am pleased to announce the arrival of our new Executive Director Tim Perotti, who joins us at a strategic time in our history to help us continue to forward area redevelopment and membership services. Tim has been active in residential and commercial real-estate development in the Cleveland area for more than 15 years and brings with him a wealth of experience and contacts. I believe his entrepreneurial spirit and skill sets will serve Maingate well. He is enthusiastic about serving our members and adding value to our service area on many levels.
